How to make a Purchase as Existing Independent Representative (IR)

1.  On the Quest.Net HOME PAGE

Click Login, your Virtual Office Page will appear.
• Enter your User ID and Password, then click on Login.

NOTE: You must login using your ID Number and Password in order to access your account, and avail of Discounted IR Pricing.

2.  On the CUSTOMER INFORMATION Page

• Click Shop Now. The Products Category page will pop up.
• Choose the Products Category in high or low bandwidth page, depending on your internet speed.

NOTE: Popups must be allowed on your browser.

3.  On the PRODUCTS Page

• Notice the clickable Product Category tab to choose on variety of items
• Select the product/s you want to purchase, check then click the Add to Cart button

4.  On SHOPPING CART Page

• Click Add Product to go back to Product Catalogue page and add another product.
• Click on delete to remove items you did not intend to purchase, or on the Empty Cart button to remove all items from your shopping cart.
• Check I have read and agreed to the Terms and Condition, then Choose Currency, US Dollar or Euro
• Click "Checkout" once you have completed your list of purchases.

5.  On CHECKOUT Page

Verify the order and shipping details. Click Continue to proceed, or Cancel to make changes in your order.

6.  On the PLACEMENT INFORMATION page.

• Enter the Upline IR ID and then click Verify Placement.
• Select the TC Ext. and Preferred Placement.
• Click button to either Place additional TCs or to Place TCs to TCBank and continue.
• Please ensure that your placement information is correct, as QuestNet will not allow placement changes once transaction has been posted.

7.  On the POINTS MANAGEMENT Page

To distribute the UV to your Tracking Centres, click the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons
• After distributing all points available for distribution, click
Continue

 

8.  On the PAYMENT Page

Choose your payment method by selecting or clicking Quest eCard or Credit Card.

9.  When using the eCARD PAYMENT Option

Fill up your eCard Number and PIN.
• Click Validate then Click Confirm.
• A RECEIPT PAGE will appear signifying your successful transaction.

Or…

When using the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT Option

• Fill up all the required information, indicated by an asterisk (*) on the CREDIT CARD DETAILS and the CARD HOLDER DETAILS fields.
• To proceed, click on the AGREEMENT checkbox then click
Confirm
• A dialogue box will appear confirming you as the real owner of the credit card, click OK to proceed.
• A Credit Card Details confirmation page will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.
• A RECEIPT PAGE will appear signifying your successful transaction.

Receipt will be sent to the email address you wrote down in the Registration Form. Kindly keep a copy of the emailed receipt for future verification.
